Incredibly Disappointing Experience
My recent stay was extremely frustrating. I booked specifically for the pool, which was closed despite reassurances, leaving me no options for relaxation. Check-in was chaotic, with the wrong room assigned. Maintenance issues marred my stay, and the staff's indifference was the cherry on top.
